Again I say Thank You to the Almanac and Dave Boyce for this story. No other newspaper or media is covering this.
Dave, is Mr. Casey in your story, Thomas Casey III our past County Counsel or someone else?

Dave Boyce is a registered user.
The Tom Casey in the story is the same Tom Casey who served as county counsel for San Mateo County. He is retired.

Dave might also look into the financial dealings of the San Mateo County Community College Foundation, where Executive Director Stefani Scott is on the District payroll at $148,000/yr. The Foundation plunked down $64,260 of tax-exempt donations in the successful effort to ram a parcel tax down the taxpayer's throat! Contributions to political campaigns are not usually tax exempt. Was this an arms length transaction?

A little criminality is all in the day's work for our "public servants".
