State suspends British Bankers Club liquor license

The landmark British Bankers Club restaurant and bar in Menlo Park has had its liquor license put on hold by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

They should interview the employees as the are rumors about the owners pay practices.

I was once at the restaurant when I was in high school and saw a famous rock star using illegal drugs in the restroom. The more things change, the more they remain the same- it's been problematic for years.
