California's quest to build a high-speed rail system between San Francisco and Los Angeles suffered a heavy blow Tuesday.

I guess it just takes some people longer than others. I'm glad more people are realizing that the cost of this project will FAR exceed the returns.

Just curious -- when was the last time CA did a project that was completed close to on time and budget?
