Some say that this suggests that Mr. Woodell upended the sign since the lawn sign was far from the street and Mr. Woodells Google telephone was found next to the upended lawn sign. Mr. Woodell vigorusly denies this allegation.
Others suggest that Mr. Bernstein may not be telling the truth as to where he said he found Woodell's Google telephone.
Mr. Bernstein offered to take a lie detector test. When Mr. Woodell was asked if he would be willing to do the same he declined to take the test.
