Football: SHP can't hold on to its perfect season

Sacred Heart Prep junior quarterback Jack Larson took one final lunge toward the end zone as the clock expired on Sacred Heart Prep's 44-30 setback to visiting Terra Nova in a PAL Bay Division opener Friday. Larson came up three yards short, but he'd be doggoned if he was going to show any sign of a letdown.

However! The SHP Freshman team played an exciting game to a WIN over Terra Nova! I understand that the Terra Nova frosh team had not been beaten in 7 years, so a big shout out and props to our Frosh boys (and their outstanding coaches). Well done, lads.
