This is totally despicable behavior, but our society seems unwilling to take realistic steps to do anything about it.

As I have believed for many years now, this will become the "NORM" as the 20's, 30's and 40's folks have for the most part been coddled by their parents and never held "accountable" for their actions. This is the result. 2 wheelchair victims lost their lives last week in the Bay Area due to Hit and Run accidents. Our younger society as a whole nowadays here does NOT take responsibility for anything. Texting while driving and when you look at them, they flip you off. Sigh..... Guess we are in for more cameras.
