I didn't realize a hamburger was considered a deadly weapon!

For what it's worth, it's likely that in the Jack in the Box incident, the deadly weapon refers to the vehicle, not the thrown hamburger. The driver's grabbing of the victim by the hair and moving the vehicle with the victim in tow has the potential to be deadly.
