Thank you for reporting on this topic. With the new weekly pickup of recycling and trash came the logistical adjustment of setting out and retrieving the bins. Many families experienced a change to their collection day, which unglued gardening schedules and may have made it a challenge to reorganize household services to adapt to the new service. We have 2 gates to our lot, on separate streets and we have a different pick up day depending on which gate we use. Having said, we live on a cul de sac inhabited by several families that do not retrieve their bins for days after pick up. The bins are an eyesore and a driving hazard, and our neighbor's bins often block access to our driveway. Thank you for trying to wrap a process around this issue.
