New districts would shift power on Peninsula

A state-senate redistricting proposal, released by the nonpartisan California Citizens Redistricting Commission, would make Palo Alto a minority in the state Senate's 11th district.

If you connect the dots, you will see that there is a very good reason for this to be going on.
This area must stop behaving like it is the District of Columbia.
