This is wonderful to read! I am a huge fan of trillium. Moreover, I was lucky enough to spend many happy hours learning about local flora and fauna in Woodside, in day camp, w/family & naturalists. There is so much worth protecting in the bay area. I have watched broom take over, here as well as up north. I am fond of fennel as an invasive plant, but it sure wasn't around like it is now when I was a child. Living so close to the bay, I've seen so many non native plants take hold, similarly as they do in Woodside. How commendable of these people to be so committed to this effort, to give so much of their time & energy to this worthy endeavor.
