Menlo Park man robbed of wallet on Willow Road

It apparently didn't matter that a 51-year-old Menlo Park man had linked his wallet to his belt loop.

who walks around with their wallet hanging out anyways. There's got to be more to the story than what the "victim" is claiming

Sad, the wallet was most likely in the guy's pocket, but since it was chained, the suspect just had to pull on the chain to get the wallet.

Sad, what makes you think it was linked by the chain but not in his wallet? Where would it be, otherwise - just hanging?
