Sandy Brundage's cover story on the Boys & Girls Club's Menlo Youth of the Year Antonisha Fuller was especially strong. Not just a good reporting piece, it contained a contagious affection for the subject. She depicted well what magic can result when an adult like the club's Ruby Fong takes on a youngster who needs little more than a positive, caring role model to light her fire. Kudos for the impact created by photographer Michele Le.
