New T-Mobile Cell Phone Tower Planned for Middle/Cotton

I knew T-Mobile plans a cell tower at 2400 Sandhill, but just saw a map indicating they are also planning new tower at Cotton and Middle.
Almanac do you have any info on this tower planned in the middle of a residential neighborhood?
