Our council recently voted in a substantial fee increase for this incompetent company.
Well maybe our city manager can call ceo Mike Sangiacomo (Recology hq 415-875-1000) and his crew and have them pick up the garbage in the Park Forest area. Seems that once again Recology fails to recall that we are also paying customers. I guess we could all take our garbage up to Mike's house in SF. I'm sure his crew never forgets to pick-up there.
