Too many non-code complying structures/facilities are allowed to be inhabited which also contributes to the gang activity. BUT, it keeps the need for the gang task force and fire fighters....makes sense....right?

Sam - the code enforcement where this house is located is the responsibility of the City of East Palo Alto. And I can assure you that firefighters have NO interest in encouraging fire traps because they are the very people who will be caught in those traps and their lives would be at stake.
