My name is Rosie Hall. I'm 1 of his sisters. (he has 4 sisters). I work at Central After School in Belmont. For years I've asked My brother to come and talk to the kids about safety, fires and other things. The kids always enjoyed listening to him. They would ask questions and he would answer them with answers they would understand. He always came through for the kids and I. My brother, has always been there for his family and friends. listening is just one of his good points. His family is very important to him. He makes sure we do something together as a family. There are heros out there, but I can honestly say that "Chief Armando" is my hero. I want to also thank the Belmont and San Carlo fire department for doing a wonderful job, coming out talking to the kids and making it a learning time but also a fun time. rosie hall

I am one of 4 sisters, and 2 brothers, and it is hard to convey how proud I am of my brother. Not only is he resourceful but he completes all tasks, no matter what he endeavors, with compassion, knowledge and friendliness. These qualities are evident and felt by all family members of Armando. Armando is a special human being and this earth is so blessed to have him here. He has been a great asset to the Fire Departments he has worked for. And I am so blessed to have him as my brother.
