Scoping session set on Matteson project in Menlo

A scoping session for a proposal to build 26 condominiums at 389 El Camino Real, near College Avenue, in Menlo Park will be held during the Planning Commission meeting on Monday, Feb. 28.

Where us the commercial component for this development? What about sales tax revenue? There is none in residential development. El Camino Real should remain more commercial then residential.
