What a refreshing approach compared to the totally secret manner in which the Sequoia Union High School District Board selected its new superintendent.

Well done Menlo Park City School District Board.

The very reasonable consolidation of all the local K-8 schools will ONLY occur if the citizens demand it. Opponents of any consolidation are primarily those who will lose power (Board members) or jobs (duplicate positions). The citizen will have to drive such an effort.
