Police arrest sexual-assault fugitive

Police responding Wednesday to a code-enforcement complaint in the Belle Haven neighborhood of Menlo Park found more than they expected: a fugitive on the run since 2004 after he was convicted of sexual assault.

San Mateo county code enforcement should learn from this. While their enforcement officers will enforce removing garbage, they won't enforce over crowding (people living in sheds and garages) in unincorporated areas as it is "not a priority". This is a great example of what kind of cockroach can be smoked out.
