Please look into why Athertons trash fee's increased more than any other city. I think you wrote Atheron was a 40% increase, and other cities were 9-12% increase. WHY??? Please let us know.

Was it Gruber who negociated this 38% increase for the garbage mafia? Did councilmen Carlson, Marsala and Lewis actually approve this nice arrangement with the union?
And now they think residents are going to pay a $100.00 fine per canister for being a day late so that this money can be RECYCLED to P.P.G. refunds. That Company is refusing to pay it's own use fees, or to pitch in for repairing roads they use up while making millions within Atherton?
Couldn't we all just send our checks directly to Mr Ackley and skip the garbage collection increase... and the late cans fines?
