Wednesday: Atherton holds special meeting

The Atherton City Council will meet in a special session at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 22, to appoint an interim city manager, who will oversee Town Hall operations until a permanent manager is hired next year.

I read he was fired from Elk Grove in 2006. The council should completely examine his past before offering a contract. At the very least extend the application period for city manager. What is with this council?!

If Atherton hires a guy with this history of greed then all I can say is that the Town and he deserve one another.


This guy is nothing but a carpetbagger arriving at the conclusion of a civil war.

Disgusted -The Atherton City Council will meet in a special session at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 22 and wil take public comments at the beginning of the meeting. You will not have to use your real name.
