Hit-and-run driver sentenced for Menlo accident

The driver who hit a motorcyclist with his car in Menlo Park, then fled the scene despite the victim begging for help, was sentenced to two years in state prison and ordered to make restitution in San Mateo County Superior Court on Friday, Dec. 3.

This hit and run driver Oliviera Nieto should have 5 years more,illegal and no respect for the law,[portion removed]

Another exemplary illegal alien to add to the already overcrowded California prison population. Terrific. Didn't someone once say "charity begins at home"! Good grief Charlie Brown. Let's hear it for SF and their knucklehead "Sanctuary City" policy.
