Supervisor Mark Church to resign early, WHY?

Mark Church has announced he will resign as soon as the Election Results have been certified.

What has caused the change of mind?

I personally asked him at a BOS meeting to resign in June so that the Taxpayers could be spared the expense of a Special Election, and more importantly the Voters could fill the seat.

Was he waiting to see if Don Horsley got elected?

It was reported yesterday in the Daily News he was resigning when the election results were certified.

What is the Big Deal with this letter?
