Woodside High teachers re-bond in wake of 'Superman'

As military veterans know, the feelings that develop after a group has been attacked often create strong bonds of loyalty and mutual support, knitting the individuals together into a tighter and more spirited pursuit of their mission.

One word, in my opinion, sums up this principal at Woodside--"class." Much undeserving mud has been slung at his school, and he has handled it with poise and intelligence. I imagine we will be hearing more about this incredible young man in years to come. Keep your heads up Woodside.

You did not read that correctly. David's oldest child is 5. He was trying to make the point that there are good options out there on the district, including the charters. He has the right to exercise choice, and he truly believes that a student has to find the right fit.

Your statement about placement is absurdly inaccurate. Woodside uses a number of measures for student placement. You should really visit before you post such inaccuracies.
