Another pointless, useless city ordinance. I live in a multi-unit housing complex that is next to single family homes. One of the folks that lives in the single family homes likes to smoke cigars. The smoke drifts over into our property. There is no law against it. But, if I want to smoke a cigar in a common area of our complex which would have exactly the same effect, I am proscribed from doing so. Stupid.
