Atherton: Compromise reached on Parker Ave. lots

Rules that significantly limited house size on Atherton's Parker Avenue have divided residents of that street for years, with the split now nearly even between those residents arguing that the town's restrictions are unfair and need to be changed, and those who want to keep things the way they are.

Most of the lots on Parker Ave are 7,800 not 10,000
