Police Decoy operation -- Good use of Police resources

Original post made by just wondering, Menlo Park: Central Menlo Park, on Aug 29, 2010

The Police department is taking pride in using decoys to entrap 4 businesses in West Menlo on selling alcohol to minors.

So Erik's deli, Rosewood Hotel, Applewood Pizza, and Lutteken are caught "red handed selling to minors". MY WORD!! These low life establishments really deserve to be fined and suspended. Let's throw away the keys to their jail cells to which they should all be placed.

This is what we are paying these guys huge salaries with retirement benefits that would befit CEO's of major corporations to spend their time doing?

I think such activities should be reviewed at least. If we have this many extra resources, its time to downsize our police department.
