Tonight: Raising 'extraordinary kids'

Author Rafe Esquith will discuss his new book, "Lighting Their Fires: How Parents and Teachers Can Raise Extraordinary Kids in a Mixed-Up, Muddled-Up, Shook-Up World," at 7:30 p.m. tonight (Aug. 6) at Kepler's bookstore, 1010 El Camino Real in Menlo Park.

From everything I've seen here, we'd be doing better than the average if we simply raised our kids to be "normal," and not worry so much about "extraordinary."

Is the ALMANAC positive there wasn't a typo in the title of the book?
Shouldn't the last part read "Mixed-up, Muddled-up, Shook-up PENINSULA?"
