Retail development lawsuit nears end?

The legal tangle surrounding an office/retail development project at 1300 El Camino Real may clear up when the Menlo Park City Council considers a proposed settlement on July 20.

Is there rally anyone out thee who doesn't believe that Draegers and Beltramo, who really don't want any competition are not behind this ridiculous lawsuit?

Is it really not possible to figure out who's behind a lawsuit like this? Too bad we don't have a local newspaper that might be up for digging around in some records.
