TESLA OFFERS STOCK IN IPO ALREADY DOUBLED

When I mentioned that TESLA a more or less local company, is now trying to raise $178 million dollars by this offering which is now up from $12 a share to over $25.......Almanac failed to enter this when I first posted it. Something wrong?
Considering the amount of press this auto manufacturer got for months, I wonder what I said in my opinion that made the editors cut it?
San Francisco Business Weekly has a report available a few days ago.
