The Yogurt Stop is the BEST! From the moment that you walk in and are greeted with a smile to the moment that you walk out, the entire experience is well worth it! The yogurt is creamy, light and very delicious. I am eating some right now! YUMMY!

My fav is also Yogurt Stop, though I haven't tried the new one on Santa Cruz yet (Miyo's?). I was chagrined to learn from the article that my favorite flavor, French Custard, is not only not fat-free, it's actually pretty unhealthy in terms of both fat & carbs. I should have suspected that something that tastes so good would have to have real cream and sugar involved.
