Too bad about Riggs' reappointment. He's pompous and condescending to homeowners and their applications.

The planning commission MUST be investigated by the I.R.S. and investigated for corruption as everyone knows this area reeks with a lot of crime within the halls of buildings of the Populus.

How magnanimous of the City Council to reappoint Riggs despite his involvement with the pension initiative. The previous city councilmen that he supported such as Winkler and Dubuc would never have done that. They only appointed people that they knew supported them.

Word is that the council appreciated the petition effort because it helped them overcome union pressure to maintain the status quo.
Both reappointees are marginal members of the pc, but I suspect the council didn't want to rock the boat in a big election year and decided to stick with the devils they knew.
