Wouldn't better education be a more effective place to put this money? Teach people how to save the bay instead of paying off friends to do it for the public.

Thank you Jackie Speier for your vision for the San Francisco Bay. All Peninsula residents will benefit from this bill passing, especially our children and their children. The Bay can be an educational tool for children. Skip a soccer game and take the kids out to see the restoration project underway. Life is an education.
