Ivory & Gold 's repertoire celebrates America’s finest popular music including favorites from the ragtime and jazz era to some of our greatest Broadway hits.
Trio leader/pianist Jeff Barnhart (Monterey Jazz Bash's Musician of the Year - 2010) heats up the ivories as his talented wife Anne waxes melodic on her golden flute, all held together by Tennessee's Grammy Award-winning drummer, Danny Coots. Jeff manages the Titan Hot 7 plus two bands in the U.K., owns his own record label, performs with several trios, including Ivory and Gold, and is featured on over 50 recordings.
The Trio performs for packed houses at sea and on 6 of the 7 continents (excluding Antarctica) including on the Delta Queen on the Mississippi, Dehlman Cruises in France, and numerous Radisson and Crystal Cruise Line cruises.
The Ivory & Gold also perform yearly at the prestigious Keswick and Bude Jazz Weeks in England plus the Sun Valley, ID, Evergreen, CO, Sedalia, MO, Medford, OR, Clearwater, FL, Victoria, BC festivals & the Mammoth Lakes, Orange County, Pismo Beach, Three Rivers, and Eureka jazz festivals in California.
