The landlord of Menlo station is seeking to end all of the leases. He wants to re-develop. No doubt now with gold coins in his eyes awaiting up-zoning which seems to be promised by our City Manager and the current council which have been completly brain washed by his pro growth mentality, which he has carried over from his So. California mindset, where his came from (High growth city of Chino).

Just think about 4 years ago, when Cline and Robinson were elected while preaching against the high density Derry project and where their mindset is now, as they express approval for the Bohannon project and other outsized proposals, including the current El Camino, / DownTown visioning process.

So To-Go was forced out by high rent as was Chilie's, now AAA. They will all fall soon.

Definitely time for new leadership, both at the City Manager level and removal of all 3 incumbents that will be up for election this fall.

Menlo Park is crazy. Menlo Park re-elected Fergusson. Clearly no one cares about the direction of our city.

The only odd thing is that Menlo Station is advertising for tenants on loopnet.com -- a 4900 and a 8720 sf space.
