City revising housing law

Menlo Park has revised the ordinance that governs its below-market-rate housing program, streamlining the document and adding several provisions to make life easier for people in the program. The City Council could approve the changes to the ordinance at its meeting Tuesday, March 2, which begins at 7 p.m.

The only low income housing this area needs is that for seniors. Everyone else is young and able to earn a wage.
