This is a perfect comedic ending for all the fools who may think they have made progress.
Now, they have to pay twice as much to keep this thing alive.
It is D.O.A. when it comes to thinking that Beverly Hills, Bel
Air, or Holmby Heights can exist in this oddly configurated area, with billionaires who make NO objections against the protests of a few people who seem to not have work or jobs and depend on the cost of their real estate rather than be out there and making money with the aid of NO banks....or economy.
BUY GOLD.

As the few people against HSR gloat with being able to reopen their lawsuit, Google the much more elaborately explained HIGH SPEED TRAINS two day conference in Washington DC, which basically is saying it is the only future for this country followed by the April 2010 HIGH SPEED RAIL WORLD USA conference which is also mentioned in this same issue.
One is a paid ad while the other explains how HSR is practically the only way to put America back on the right track...sorry bout that.
The major difference is those objecting here are worried about the noise? of a bullet train and want to divert its route, while the one which is planned would employ close to 100,000 not working for almost two years in some cases. ALL kinds of jobs. As if selfishness and GREED haven't already cost some of these older protestors a LOT of their fortunes and along with the recession, caused by the banks and the loss of jobs in Silicon Valley. They are not thinking about the State of California or you who have exhausted unemployment benefits.
It is all about NOISE to them and the fear of loss of property values. Nothing else. With the most expensive attornies, they cannot win. If you saw the Sunday political programs, even Republicans are beginning to come around for the people.
