Saturday: Healthful eating for kids

Psychologist Annye Rothenberg, a former Portola Valley resident, will answer questions at a signing for her book, "I Like to Eat Treats," from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, at Sigona's Market, 2345 Middlefield Road in Redwood City.

Parents you need to realize that no kid requires Ritalin, Aderol, Zoloft or whatever! All they need is proper nutrition and sleep, which are a little more complex to attain than most parents imagine
