Very sad anytime someone dies, especially one so young, and by means of self-infliction. But Cal train has absoultely nothing to do with this death. Sleeping pills can be purchased at any drug store, guns are everywhere and SF has a bridge or two.
Blowing the horns louder will NOT help prevent this type of tradgedy one bit.
