Menlo boys win first of two PAL water polo showdowns

Original post made on Sep 23, 2009

Jack Bowen has written a book and lectures quite often both at Menlo School and De Anza College. While he has no problem speaking in front of a crowd, trying to describe the defense his Menlo boys' water polo team plays can leave him tongue-tied. Menlo's defense probably is easier to play than describe. Whatever it is, it works.

Congratulations to the Menlo boys' team but this article seems to be a plant by the Menlo School athletic department.

Of course, little write up on the M-A girls total trashing of the Menlo girls with a final score of 14-2.
