Was Prickett one of the cops that stopped Warren?

The Menlo Park police also stop search, take pictures of innocent citizens for their "file",and generally harass Hispanics too. I wrote to the Mayor, the police chief, and the town's attorney about a specific, very ugly incident earlier this year but none of them had the courtesy to even acknowledge the communication much less take action.
Unfortunately the target of this incident felt that pursuing action through the ACLU would only result in more problems and, therefore, did not feel safe in pursuing a formal complaint or legal action,.

He was visibly breaking the law, at 1:15 am, and they pulled him over.... how is that racial profiling?

And if the police literally asked to search him, they don't need probable cause unless he objects. Furthermore, if he is on parole, they don't even need to ask.
