Explain to all if you will, a "LEED Silver certification".......
What will it cost and how soon will it recoup its investment by taxpayers? Is it needed and if so, has it been approved?
All I am able to understand is the function of the solar panels. I am looking and looking for the most efficient area in which to build and have been following as much as is being thrown out and I find it all slightly mystifying.
