There is just too much addressed which has been forgotten, dismissed or went the way of the NEW economists with the computer age?

I have to hear someone else's opinion first before seeing all of this report looking as a well intended plan to fail....on several levels....It reads as genuine, but makes the change in the Bay Area AND the country right down to the economic collapse seem like something which might have been averted.
It reeks of oil and chips.
Scary.
