I heartily endorse Andy's candidacy for the California Coastal Commission if he promises to move to the Coast. I even think I could persuade enough people to donate to his relocation so he would not have any out-of-pocket expenses. He has served Menlo Park so well. Now it is time for the Coast to benefit from his wisdom and experience.

Yes, Hank, and feel free to let your mind run wild as to what we would "heartily endorse" to relocate you somewhere "far, far away" as well!

Actually we had gotten Hank off to the East Coast; unfortunately he wouldn't stay there and they dumped him back here.

For a former administrative law judge, Council Member Cohen has not shown a judicial temperament. He is sometimes poorly prepared (even with the help of "his people"), occasionally disinterested and appearing tired, and often petulant.

Mr. Cohen's knowledge of issues related to the coast is probably slim. If he were appointed, it would be a disservice to California residents.

Let's make a community effort to retire Mr. Cohen and ground him before he embarrasses Menlo Park.
