Piano teacher gets retrial in molestation case

A San Mateo County Superior Court judge has overturned a 2006 verdict and ordered a new trial for a Fremont piano teacher convicted of molesting a Menlo Park girl.

Being a piano teacher (and immigrant) myself, I was following the story for over 3 years. Seemed to be clear miscarriage of Justice. The guy just fell victim of politicaly correct goverment chain action. And although the conviction is overturned now (I don't think there will be another trial) the poor teacher had spent 3 years in jail. American Justice not at it's best... (Although in some other country the guy would rot in jail)...
If anything can be learned from this story:
1. Don't deal with a part of population bent on sucking money from government and from litigation ;
2. If the government "tank" is after you: get the best lawyer you can!
3. Don't bash the lawyers-the good one can save your freedom!
