California in an 'unprecedented' fiscal crisis

We need to start fixing the reduced state income from prop 13. Prop 13 is great cash cow for businesses and people but does Not seem fair for most. If we revise this maybe we will have money for state.

Also it is about time that city and state workers benefits get in line with private sector. Pensions and health benefit for all city and state workers seems unreasonable.We need cuts.
