Don't let it rain on my parade

A man in a Superman bathrobe and propeller beanie glides by on his bicycle. Kids in raincoats, dogs leashed and unleashed. A baby swaddled in pink polar fleece peeps out from under the awning of the backpack she's riding in. Everyone's heading to the parade.
