Rail agency, Caltrain eye 'four-track' train line

A proposed agreement between the [Web Link agency] overseeing Caltrain and the one responsible for building the new [Web Link high-speed rail] line has Palo Alto officials worried that the controversial project is moving too fast and in the wrong direction.

Hopefully our elected overlords will wake up to the fact that we don't have a single copper penny in our coffers to be able to pay for this feel-good pork project.
