You should learn something about posting etiquette. One doesn't post with capital letters; it is considered shouting and shows lack of knowledge.
The PA staff did a marvelous job of analyzing the impacts and the council in a remarkable change of policy, when learning the true situation, has reacted appropriately.
It is too bad the Mayor, who I respect immensely, would not join the majority in seeking to protect the City. Its a poor decision on his part, but he will have to live with it. As for Yoriko, she just want to go to a higher office. She just doesn't get it and surely the voters will get it and she will go nowhere higher. I don't know where Barton's head is, but it is not aligned properly.
Congrats to the PA council 5 person majority on this issue.
