We like Ron's new 24/7 gas service. It works for the workaholics around town!

I don't understand how the Shell in Sharon Heights can do it. They are constantly $0.20 - $0.40 higher than any other place around.

If people in Portola Valley want the convenience of a gas station then they need to buy gas from Ron. Too many of us, myself included, use Ron only for an emergency fill. That's short-sighted of us if we want to keep the station going, which we should do. We can't keep on losing the friendly small business that keep our town going. We need to support our local merchants.
So, stop by and fill up. We can well afford an extra buck or two to keep this service in our town.
Ladera lost its hardware store because of lack of patronage. Now, Laderans have to drive to Home Depot, or out to P. V. for even minor items.
